Aspyn Jones is a classically trained chef and baker known for her creative, playful style and a deep commitment to seasonal, organic, and clean cooking. With training from both a respected culinary program and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition—the world’s largest school of nutrition—she blends refined technique with an intuitive, fresh approach to food.
As the founder and chef of Aspyn’s Table, she has spent the past decade crafting elevated, nourishing meals for private clients, including high-profile individuals and public figures. Her strong background in nutrition allows her to tailor menus to a wide range of dietary needs, always with warmth, intention, and a personal touch.
In addition to private dining, Aspyn brings her signature style to events of all kinds—weddings, receptions, brunches, tea parties, and intimate gatherings—creating thoughtftful, beautifully curated experiences centered around food that feels as good as it tastes.
Mossin Sugich is a chef with over 20 years in cooking and hospitality, shaped by a global upbringing as the son of a travel writer. Raised across the Middle East, North Africa, and Europe, his culinary perspective blends Mediterranean roots with California-grown fusion.
He began his career with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, refining both front and back-of-house skills. His path has taken him through boutique icons like San Ysidro Ranch and El Encanto, to large-scale operations including the Hilton Beachfront Resort and multiple freestanding restaurants. He’s played key roles in launching two five-star hotels and five restaurant concepts from the ground up.
Known for casual elegance, large-scale execution, and a wide range of styles, Mossin brings deep experience and a global sensibility to every kitchen he leads. His broad range of experience and unwavering passion for food continue to drive his mission to create memorable dining experiences.
